“15 …But as for me and my family, we will serve the Lord.” (Joshua 24:15)NLT
Gabby and I have been Married for 46 yrs, with 2 Children Clinton married to Emma & Tammy Married to Bradley and 3 Grandsons – Kyle(13) and Connor(7) and Dylan (6) 1 x Granddaughter Roxanne (3). I am a Sales Executive in the Audiovisual industry. I enjoy sports of all kinds & Bird watching with a bit of photography. I am a Fellowship Leader and Lay Witness Coordinator & Committee Member. I believe through all my years as a Lay Witness and more than 30 missions that the Lay Witness Ministry is more relevant today than it has ever been. We live in times where I believe the church as a whole has lost the plot, and that what Lay Witness offers is vitally important to take the message of the Gospel to the people. By spending a weekend with people Lay Witnesses are able to share and show the Gospel to congregations. It is my prayer that Lay Witness will go from strength to strength as it reaches out and shares the Love of Christ. My special Bible verse is Psalm 46:10 “Be still and know that I am God.”
I have bmeen involved with LW since May 2005 and my first lay witness weekend was in Eldorado Park , after saying on the Sunday I was keen to join LW , I was sent on a mission that Friday as an observer. Out the blue on Saturday morning I was asked to give my testimony, but God guided me through the testimony. I have held the position of Treasurer for LW since late 2009 and still currently sit on the committee. One goes to LW missions to give of yourself and bless others but you get blessed multiple times back.
